If you, or somebody your care for, experiences difficulty travelling to non-emergency hospital appointments, there may be support available.

The Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service is for patients across Wales who are unable for medical reasons, to make their own way to and from their hospital appointments. These may include:

  • Outpatient clinic appointments
  • Outpatient investigations
  • Dialysis and oncology treatment
  • Day centre and psycho-geriatric clinics
