Certain services provided by the surgery are not covered by the NHS. A fee is payable for these services. The rate which is charged for the services is that recommended by the British Medical Association. The fee is payable prior to the service being provided.
The services include:
- Insurance claim forms
- Solicitors medicals and reports
- Pre-employment medicals
- Taxi, HGV and PSV medicals
- Holiday cancellation letters
- Private sick notes
If you need to make an appointment for a medical examination, please inform the receptionist in order to book an appropriate appointment. They can also inform you of the fee payable prior to the appointment.
