Text Message / Email Policy
From 1st July 2024, St Thomas and West Cross Surgery are introducing a new way in which we communicate with our patients, for a modern, effective and carbon footprint reducing method of communication.
The new system will have the capability of sending text messages and emails to patients rather than sending letters.
If you would like to opt out of receiving text messages or emails, please contact the surgery.
